Proposal for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Student Union

Firstly________ opened the meeting at 11 .30 am, and he explained to the Board of directors that at the end of this summer, a few members knew that the Student Union will celebrate its 50th Anniversary this fall. Secondly Mr.________announced that the Committee is organizing an event to celebrate the commitment of the Student Union to College students and the campus community in the past 50 years through entertainment. food, free T-shirts games, etc.And, Mr.noted that the Committee will submit the budget request to the Finance Committee in mid-October. and then to the Board of Directors in late October. Lastly. the Board Members had a discussion about various ideas for the celebration. Mr.asked the Board Members to submit any ideas to the secretary(秘书或某一个人)for the committee to consider.
